Gradual blogging.

1. I've been wanting to blog for awhile but nothing ever seemed quite big enough to write about. Or I was too lazy to take pictures. Or days just kept flying by. Regardless, I'm here right now.

2. Thank you all for your thoughts a few months back. They meant a lot to me.

3. Fall is here completely, though tonight feels closer to winter. I do love it though. This is very definitely my favorite time of year. I need to rush out and get more photos before I lose my chance. The changing of the leaves always rushes by so fast. And my heart really melts over the oranges and pinks.

4. I've completed two shawls during this time. I haven't taken good photos of them, partly because they haven't even been blocked. No matter, I'm sharing one of them now.

Ishbel. Ooh.

5. I've been working out a lot. And rather suddenly. All with good reason but I'll share that later.

6. Several weeks ago I went to the Oregon Flock & Fiber Festival. I didn't make any purchases but saw lots of cute wooly creatures, visited with some knitting friends and saw beautiful scenery on the drive there. It was great fun!
