A great start.

Ishbel, in Araucania Ranco. I started Ishbel early yesterday morning and today I started the lace. It really does move fast, like so many have pointed out. I'm actually a little slow at the knitting part of stockinette, I purl much faster than I knit. That's unless I'm knitting in a circle, then I knit rather quickly. I wonder why that is? Maybe it's the flat knitting that actual slows me down. Anyway, it really doesn't matter, I'm just rambling. And the knitting itself is relaxing. Though I find that the longer I knit, the more I'm about starting and then having a finished product.

More progress tomorrow, I'm sure!

Looks good! I really like the Ranco yarn ... the colors are so nice. Hopefully the fast purling will keep your average time up!
